I’ve had the pleasure of working with Matt in the site stand up and initiation of Helicopter Operations for the United States Military Academy (West Point). His calm demeanor, excellent leadership and focus on customer service enabled his site to earn the Light Utility Helicopter Site of the Year Award.

Operational performance constantly exceeded program metrics. Customer feedback (MFA) was excellent, scoring his site 6 out of 6. Audits of his aircraft maintenance operation revealed excellence in aircraft maintenance, quality, supply management and record keeping.

As the Chief Standardization Pilot for the Sikorsky Light Utility Helicopter program, he developed and implemented a training and monitoring program that ensured Sikorsky pilots were compliant with FAA, US Army and company guidelines. Matt’s experience, professional demeanor and intelligence are attributes highly desirable by any organization. His record of accomplishments prove it.
