History: Skimbaco Lifestyle started as a blog for Skimbaco online store in 2007, in an era where writing blog posts to drive sales was not called “content marketing” yet. Katja Presnal had already joined Twitter and Facebook, and saw that the combination of content and social media was a great new way of doing marketing, and connecting with influencers and target market alike. The concept of 360-degree-marketing ecosystem was born.
Throughout the years Katja Presnal and Skimbaco Lifestyle have partnered with global brands like Disney, Disney Cruise Line, Starwood Preferred Guest, Ford, Volvo, Polarn O. Pyret, H&M, Pepsi and multiple tourism boards such as Sweden, Mexico, Italy and cities around the world.
We’ve worked with media like Redbook magazine, Better Homes & Gardens, AETN, Lifetime TV, MTV3, and been featured in Forbes, New York Times, Glamour, ELLE Australia, Advertising Age etc.
